Morning Lane Associates is an organisation dedicated to improving child & family social work across the UK and beyond. Over the last 5 years the founders of Morning Lane Associates designed and implemented the Reclaiming Social Work model in Hackney and are now helping a number of authorities in their re-design work.
Morning Lane Associates need bright, highly skilled and motivated people to join us either as Associates or employees. We are looking for successful:

oSocial workers and social work managers;

oClinical practitioners (systemic family therapists, psychologists and others trained in behavioural based interventions)

oOther child and family practitioners with extensive direct work experience in high-risk contexts
-
oTutors and practice coaches to deliver our “Systemic Social Work in High Risk Contexts” programme designed in partnership with the Institute of Family Therapy

oProject managers and business process redesign experts with a sound understanding of effective social work systems.
